Aquisition of Mystikal Solutions, LLC.

Jim Kier has a long and successful track record in the defense industry.  Jim's experience is a rare blend of management and technological expertise that is perfectly suited to today's DoD business environment. Throughout his career he has coordinated with DoD research organizations for planning and directing the transition of leading edge technologies into operational environments for the DoD and other intelligence organizations.   Mr. Kier has held management positions as the President of WCI; Director, Advanced Technologies for ANSER, a not-for-profit FFRDC; Director of MIS, Washington, DC office for the University of Southern California / Information Sciences Institute; Manager for a DARPA High Performance Computing program; and supported national level programs while working for the Office of the Undersecretary of the Navy for Special Programs.
